PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous flow heating apparatus utilizing microwaves, in which hot water having a sufficient flow rate and temperature for a practical use can be continuously supplied. SOLUTION: Microwave-emission ports are made by forming openings on the upper face of a rectangular hollow box 10. The inside of the box 10, except the upper and the lower parts of the emission ports, is halved by a vertical partition. One side of the space is divided laterally into three by two partitions 12, 13 with a plurality of slits 12a, 13a provided at required intervals. A space formed on the partition 12 is made a 1st radiation part 4, and a space formed below the partition 13 is made a 2nd radiation part 5 communicating with the space of the other side in the lower part. A water-supply pipe 2 is provided in the center of the space formed between the partitions 12 and 13, microwaves are applied from a microwave oscillator 6 through the emission ports into the box 10, and from the slots 12a and 13a respectively to the upper and the lower parts of the pipe 2.
