PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus and its adjusting method which is improved, such that a pump is operated in a proper state in response to the number of systems used. SOLUTION: In a floor heating apparatus 1, there are provided a flow rate variable pump 19 driven by a DC motor for supplying a heat medium, and a pump flow rate correction switch 61 for making variable a flow rate of the pump 19 by making variable application voltage to the DC motor. At trial operation, the heating apparatus 1 is operated in combination of the respective systems, and the application voltage is altered with the aid of the correction switch 61, until necessary flow rates are satisfied for the systems A and B.
