PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally an electrostatically charged finger touches a decoration film, electric discharge is applied on a conductive sheet at a key input part through the decoration film through the medium of metallic paint, but when the finger touches the vicinity of a display part increased in the length a route to a conductive sheet, electric discharge occurs, noise due to discharge enters a control circuit, and there is a risk of malfunction occurring in electronic circuit. SOLUTION: A cooker comprises a display part 6 for displaying a content set by a membrane switch 20; an operation panel 4 made of a non-metal, on which the membrane switch 20 and a display pat 6 are situated; and the decoration film 21 situated on the control panel 4 in a manner so as to cover the membrane switch 20 and the display part 6 and having a print layer, printed by conductive paint over approximately the whole surface, except for a part corresponding to the display part 6, and an insulation layer formed on the print layer. The print layer of the decoration film 21 is connected to the conductive layer of the membrane switch 20.
