PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel such as gas container capable of keeping a constant gas pressure till the last even if the gas is released. SOLUTION: The pressure vessel is composed of a pressure chamber 4 filled with gas, a back pressure chamber 5 partitioned from the pressure chamber 4 by a bulkhead 3 capable of making displacement or expansion and contraction, a reserver 7 to store the fluid, a pump 9 interposed in a circuit 8 tying the reserver 7 to the back pressure chamber 5, and a valve 10 to adjust the fluid pressure from the pump 9 to the back pressure chamber 5 to the initial pressure of the pressure chamber 4.
