PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing by reducing the number of man-hour for manufacturing a gasket 1 with a filter. SOLUTION: This gasket with a filter is provided with a resinous component 3 fixed on a peripheral edge portion 2a of a mesh 2, and a gasket main body 4 made of rubber elastic material fixed on the resinous component 3. The resinous component 3 and the gasket main body 4 are integrated by insert molding.
