摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shape a rack bar after cutting teeth on material, so as to prevent the toothed side of the bar from being situated on the concave side of its warp. SOLUTION: Residual stresses along the longitudinal direction of tension are present on the back 12 of the rack bar opposite to the teeth, so that the toothed side of the rack bar can be situated on the convex side of the warp.
