PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling rotational bearing capable of easily loading the maximum number of rolling elements to each of plural rolling passages. SOLUTION: The rolling rotational bearing has an outer ring 1 provided with plural rows of rolling faces 15, 15, on an inner circumference thereof, an inner ring 2 arranged at the inner circumference of the outer ring 1 and provided with plural rows of rolling faces 22, 22 on an outer circumference to be correspond to the rolling faces 15 of the outer ring 1, and numerous rolling elements 3 leaded on each of plural rows of rolling passages 7, 7 formed between the rolling faces of the inner ring and the rolling faces of the outer ring. The outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2 can be combined with each other, in a state where the rolling elements 3 are arranged either of the outer ring side rolling face 15 forming one rolling passage 7 out of the plural rows of rolling passages, or the inner ring side rolling face 22. The rolling elements 3 are loaded on the other rolling passages 7 through an insertion hole 16 formed in either of the outer ring 1 or the inner ring 2.
