PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive engine cooling system capable of controlling an engine temperature to a target temperature adapted to an operating state and contributing to shortening of warming operation time, improvement of output performance and improvement of a fuel consumption rate. SOLUTION: A valve is controlled so that a fixed target water temperature is obtained based on engine speed and accelerator opening by arranging rotary valve devices in flow passages from a radiator and from a heat radiating device for heating, a bypass flow passage and a suction passage of a pump device and limiting or interrupting each flow passage.
