PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-cooled compressor, for example, an oil-cooled screw compressor, in which a discharge gas temperature can held within a tolerated level without fail. SOLUTION: The oil-cooled screw compressor 1 has an oil supply passage 23, through which the oil separated from discharge gas discharged from the compressor body 11 is led to an oil supply section including a gas compressing space in the compressor body 11, via an oil cooler 22. Here, the oil-cooled screw compressor comprises a temperature detector 25 for detecting the temperature of the above discharge gas, a flow adjustment valve 24 for adjusting an oil flow which is lead to the above discharge gas compressing space, and a temperature adjustment meter 26 for receiving the temperature signal indicating a temperature detected by the temperature detector 25 and transmitting a signal for the oil flow increase upon detection of a high temperature by the temperature detector, as well as transmitting a signal for the oil flow decrease upon detection of a low temperature by the temperature detector, to the flow adjustment valve 24.
