PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fabricating performance and handleability during storage and transportation for a roof unit comprising a coupling plate and a plurality of beams. SOLUTION: A roof unit 11 has a coupling plate 20 and a plurality of beams 30, the coupling plate 20 is equipped with a coupling portion 21 by which the upper end portions of a plurality of beams 30 has pin connection at a plurality of positions on the outer periphery and, in a state where each beam 30 is rotated relative to the coupling portion 21 and a butt portion 23 is provided which restricts the expanded end position by butting the upper end portion of the beam 30 in up-down direction.
