PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles coated with a polymer of adequate flexibility, having dispersion preventing property to dust and crush, usable for an indoor or an outdoor fitness facility such as a schoolyard, multipurpose ground, a sidewalk, a nature trail, a tennis coat, a gate ball ground or the like. SOLUTION: The polymer coated particles characteristically have a flow index of 1-180 seconds or a coating obtained by coating 0.3-5 pts.wt. of an amorphous polyolefin having >=20% of cold xylene soluble part to 100 pts.wt. of particles.
