PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition which is curable by actinic radiations, forms a cured film of high surface hardness, and allows thick coating. SOLUTION: The composition contains a urethane acrylate containing an isocyanurate ring having a (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, and a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein X and Y are each CH2=COO- or the like; and R1 and R2 are each an alkylene or the like).
