SOLUTION: This recording sheet feeder is provided with a recording sheet moving placing part 104 for holding small-sized recording sheet 103 on large- sized recording sheet 102 placed in the interior of a recording sheet cassette 101, a separating means 105 for separating recording sheet one by one, and a feeding means 106 for transporting the recording sheet to the outside of the cassette.
