PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of transferring a fixed flow with high accuracy without including air in powder. SOLUTION: This pump is provided with an outlet 18 at the lower part in the vertical direction to an inlet 17 provided in an upper part of a casing 1, one or more air-tightly closed pockets 13 are provided in a pump chamber 7 in a progress from the inlet to the outlet, and a gate 16 is provided in the progress from the outlet to the inlet.
