PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a listing wire, by which a roof side panel is commonly used for both a suspension ceiling specification car and a half trim specification car. SOLUTION: On a flange 11 of a roof side panel 10, a hook projection 12 projecting toward a panel is formed, and the hook projection 12 is hooked and jointed with a holder 20 having a fitting hole 24, to which the listing wire 30 is fixed with a screw 3 or rivet 34 so as to commonly use the roof side panel 10. On the holder 20, a position control rib 26 for preventing horizontal and vertical position slide, and a hook stopper 25 for preventing vertical position slide, are formed.
