PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize an aerodynamic characteristic of a flap arranged on a tapered wing in the span direction. SOLUTION: This flap F arranged on the tapered main wing W is supported by three link units Lr, Lm and Lt. The respective link units Lr, Lm and Lt are mutually formed in a similar shape, and the similarity ratio coincides with the ratio of the cord lengths wr, wm and wt of the corresponding main wing W. As a result, overhang quantities er, em and et of the flap F change in the span direction according to the similarity ratio, and the flap F makes three- dimensional motion for moving in the span direction while retrating and lowering. Thus, the flap F can be ovehung to an optimal position and an angle according to the cord lengths wr, wm and wt of the main wing in span directional respective parts of the main wing W, and particularly in a slotted flap, a proper slot width can be secured in the span directional respective parts.
