PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality semiconductor light emitting device in which all light emitting elements can emit light uniformly by arranging the electrical characteristics of output transistors substantially constantly. SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting device comprises a plurality of light emitting elements 3 and a plurality of output transistors 4, in one and one correspondence with these light emitting elements 3, arranged substantially in parallel on the upper surface of a silicon substrate wherein dummy transistors 4', 4' of the same shape as the output transistor 4 are provided on the opposite sides in the arranging direction of the plurality of output transistors 4. |
