<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image formation toner that maintains satisfactory fixation property and causes no soil on a pressure roller. SOLUTION: An image forming method uses a heat fixing-device which applies heat energy and pressure to a member P to be heated with a toner developed image T formed thereon while sandwiching and carrying the member P. In the image forming method, a toner-developed image is heated and fixed to the heated member under pressure to the heated member by a pressing member 6 included in the heat fixing-device. The pressing member 6 has a heat- resistant elastic layer formed on a metal core. The heat conductivity of the layer is lower than or equal to 0.20 W/m.k. The toner is used in the image formation. The toner contains a binding resin, a coloring agent, and wax. The toner also contains fine powder of hydrophobic metal oxide as an added agent.</p> |
