PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify a conveying mechanism in a width direction, and to reduce a trouble in weighing caused by vibration of the conveying mechanism. SOLUTION: The conveying mechanism 45 for conveying a weighed object and a drive motor 53 for driving the mechanism 45 are arranged vertically with a load cell 42 therebetween, the load cell 42 is arranged in the central part of the conveying mechanism 45 in a conveying-directional width direction, and a connection plate 46 for connecting the mechanism 45, the motor 53 and the cell 42, and a power transmission mechanism 70 for transmitting driving force of the motor 53 to the mechanism 45 are arranged in left and right sides with the load cell 42 therebetween. A gravity center 0 of a conveying unit 8 having the mechanism 45, motor 53, cases 51, 52, the connection plate 46, the power transmission mechanism 70 and the like approaches to the monent center of the load cell 42 vertical-directionally and lateral-directionally, and a separation distance is shortened thereby to maintain proof stress against disturbance.
