PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting device in a dust collecting truck raking up the dust, even if a hydraulic load is large, preventing a large hydraulic shock from being generated when starting a normal rotating action of a rotary plate 3 after completing the pushing, and generating neither vibration nor noise. SOLUTION: A tail gate 2 is provided with the rotary plate 3 raking up the inputted dust to a floor level of an opening part of a load box 1 and stopping after performing the dust raking-up process, a pushing plate 7 freely advancing/retreating by a hydraulic cylinder 8 so as to perform an advancing process pushing the dust on the rotary plate 3 raked up by the rotary plate 3 toward the load box 1 inside, and a hydraulic motor M normally rotating the rotary plate 3 after the completion of the advancing process of the pushing plate 7 for a next dust raking-up process, in its inside. A timer relay TCR and a timer relay contact TCr which start the normal rotation of the rotary plate 3 with a delay time t for the next dust raking-up process after completing the dust pushing and advancing process of the pushing plate 7 are provided in a circuit of a rotary plate normal rotation solenoid SOL6.
