PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quantitative property, the easiness and safety when a liquid is to be metered and fed. SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve is pushed up by pressing a container for dilution to a hitting utensil 25 of the opening/closing valve 24. In the first stage of the pushing up of the opening/closing valve, a seal valve 32 closes a liquid introducing port 22. Thus, a specified amount of a stock solution is separated from a stock solution container 12, in a metering chamber 21. When the opening/closing valve is pushed up further, a liquid discharging port 23 and an air purging port 33 are opened while communicating with the metering chamber from a channel 28. By this method, the specified amount of the stock solution in the metering chamber is discharged to the container for dilution.
