PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent beer lees from clogging at a valve disk section, ensure a stable discharging performance, and at the same time, facilitate the maintenance. SOLUTION: This beer discharging cock 90 discharges beer from a beer feeding source side beer feeding pipe through a beer discharging port 107 by opening/closing a valve port 113 of a valve disk tube 110 in response to the operation of an operation lever 101 while making the beer foam. In such a beer discharging cock 90, the valve disk of an opening/closing valve which opens/closes the valve port 113 of the valve disk tube 110 in response to the tilting operation of the operation lever 101 is formed into a valve disk having a spherical structure. Then, the valve disk 114 having the spherical structure is made to correspond with the valve port 113 under a floating state through a valve seat packing 115 having flexibility, which has an opening 115a of a smaller opening diameter than the opening diameter of the valve port 113.
