PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process in a manufacturing method and of improve scattered ray absorbing grid. SOLUTION: Many radiation absorptive material made grid plates 10 and may elastic material made spacers 20 having a fixed shape are alternately closely arranged through adhesives to form a flat plate-like block 30, extending perpendicular to the grid plate 10 plane on the whole. After hardening the adhesives, the block 30 is deformed into a cylindrical surface shape, having a axis parallel to the length of the grid plate 10 and sliced into flat plates which extend in a direction crossing the grid plate 10. A member for keeping the block like a flat plate is fixed to the block sliced into the flat plates.
