METHOD FOR IMPROVING COMPATIBILITY OF WASTE PLASTIC MIXTURE BY CONTINUOUS CROSSLINKING-REACTION

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for improving the compatibility of a waste plastic mixture, which obtains the compatibility among many kinds of plastic resins by a continuous crosslinking-reaction among hetero resin molecules. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: heating and mixing the waste plastic mixture comprising polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), and polystyrene(PS) at 130deg.C or higher to melt; performing a first crosslinking-reaction and a graft-polymerization by adding an organic peroxide, maleic anhydride, and a polymerization inhibitor of the maleic anhydride to the molten waste plastic mixture; performing a second crosslinking-reaction by adding a compound having two or more of amine groups to the resultant of the first crosslinking-reaction and the graft-polymerization.
