PURPOSE: Provided is a device for steaming ginseng which generates vacuum inside an inner cylinder to make sap of the steamed ginseng flow out, thereby maintaining the quality of the steamed ginseng as it was raw. CONSTITUTION: A device for steaming ginseng is characterized by comprising an outer cylinder(1) which discharges steam injected through a steam injection pipe(9) to exterior through a steam discharging pipe(8); an inner cylinder(2) which is contained in the outer cylinder, inhales or discharges steam through a steam inhalation valve(11) and a steam discharging valve(10), and discharges steamed solution through a steamed solution discharging pipe(6); a hatch cover(4) which opens or shuts the inner cylinder; and a wicker tray(3) fixed to the lower part of the hatch cover.
