PURPOSE: Exercise shoes with a double ventilation function are provided to facilitate the inhalation of the outside air toward the interior of the shoes as well as to prevent the absorption of the water. CONSTITUTION: The exercise shoes consists of an outsole drilled with plural holes(5) irregularly, an uneven midsole(2) drilled with plural holes(5') regularly on the whole surface thereof, and a waterproofing material layer(4) over the midsole, and a top soft sole(3) drilled with plural holes(5") regularly on the whole surface thereof. Alternately, it is possible to eliminate the midsole by forming the rim of the outsole like the rim of the midsole.
