PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge that an operation device is operated so as to drive two actuators in different drive directions or at different drive quantity. SOLUTION: A first operation signal (either operation signal P1 or P2) and a second operation signal (either operation signal P3 or P4) indicating their respective drive directions and drive quantity are output from operation levers 6 and 7 to right and left hydraulic motors. The first and second operation signals output from the operation levers 6 and 7 are compared with each other at a switch valve 31. That is, if either the first or second operation signal is output, or the drive directions indicated by the first and second operation signals are different from each other, it is confirmed that each momentum indicated by the first and second operation signals has different quantity, and a signal P6 is output for indicating the result of confirmation.
