PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for correcting the high-speed balance of a supercharger, capable of enhancing the reproducibility and correction accuracy of inspection data, reducing the number of times of the correction of high-speed balance and enhancing the number of products. SOLUTION: An acceleration pickup 36 for picking up the acceleration of the supercharger 21 and having a magnet, a rotation detector 38 for detecting the unbalance quantity during high-speed rotation of a compressor wheel 24, an operator 39 performing operation, on the basis of the input signals detected from these detectors and a vibration stand 3 having a turbine compartment attaching plate 33, to which a turbine compartment 22 is attached, are provided, and the acceleration pickup 36 is attached to the turbine compartment attaching plate 33 of the vibration stand.
