PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sight of double colors in wall parts as viewed from the front of a display board by drawing so that the wall part becomes vertical to a protruding part of the display board. SOLUTION: An instrument board body 500 is drawn on the basis of the boundaries between gray inks A, C and black inks B, D so that gray parts corresponding to the gray inks A, C of the instrument board body 500 become almost vertical to black parts corresponding to the black inks B, D. Thereby, boundaries AB, BC, CD between the gray ink A, C and the black ink B, C can be positioned in the side part 51e and the vertical wall parts 51f, 51g, where cannot be seen from the front of the instrument, and sight of double colors in the wall part 51e, 51f, 51g can be suppressed.
