PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry treatment device capable of preventing the clogging of a suction pipe and achieving the compacting of the device. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an evacuating vessel 1 having a treatment tank 4 for charging a matter to be dried or a wasted matter H, and a suction pipe 13 attached to the upper side of the treatment tank 4. An evacuating means or an evacuation and suction pump communicated with the suction pipe 13, a heating means for heating the inside of the treatment tank 4 or an oil heater 5, a mixing means for mixing the wasted matter H in the treatment tank 4 or a rotary shaft 8, arms 9A, 9B, a scraping member 10 and a pushing member 11, are provided. The suction pipe 13 is provided with a push-out screw 16 for pushing out the wasted matter H invaded into the suction pipe 13 to the side of the treatment tank 4 at the side of the treatment tank 4.
