PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate water heater, which is provided with a remote controller having a plurality of switches and can be operated by pushing any one of the switches. SOLUTION: In the water heater provided with a remote controller having a plurality of switches, the water heater can be operated by pressing any one of the switches including an operation switch, which is powered by the remote controller, and the heater promptly starts a working according to the role designated by the switch pressed by a user.
