PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the resonance frequency of a galvano-device in which a movable plate and a torsion bar to journal the movable plate oscillatably to a board are integrally formed on the board and the movable plate is oscillated. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a galvano-device in which a movable plate and a torsion bar to journal the movable plate oscillatably to the board are integrally formed on the board and the movable plate is oscillated, the the resonance frequency of the movable plate of the galvano- device is adjusted by processing the torsion bar while oscillating the movable plate.
