PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for centralized control of food temperature capable of automatically collecting measured data when a time registered for each food temperature recorder comes up. SOLUTION: When the collecting time registered in the each food temperature recorder 13 comes up, a monitoring side controller 4 requires transmission of the data to the recorder 13, a CPU 28 transmits the measured data stored in itself to the monitoring processor 2 when the data are required from the processor 2, and the processor 2 holds the measured data in a storage means 8 when the measured data are transmitted from the recorder 13.
