PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swimming pool capable of easily completing the recycling of a pool formation material by using a stainless steel plate to form an unpainted pool and, maintaining corrosion resistance and brightness. SOLUTION: The pool formation material such as bottom plate 10 with a welding section W2 or the like is made of an austenite stainless steel, the welding section W2 of a site coming into contact with pool water is made to carry out polishing treatment with electrolytic polishine or the like and, a passivation film is formed to make the whole pool as an unpainted state. The welding section W2 is formed in the shape of a lap joint, as the welding section without using any solvent, and a color indication such as course line or the like of the pool bottom wall 1 or a side wall 2 is applied by natural coloring, inorganic coating or plasma spray coating.
