PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly mount a panel-like member 2 and increase its mounting strength. SOLUTION: This mounting device 1 is provided with a mounting device main body part 3 attached to a support member 23 and elastic engaging pieces 14, 15, 16. The engaging pieces 14, 15, 16 are curved so as to be recessed for predetermined faces 21a, 22a, 22b spreading in the direction of substantially thickness of the panel-like member 2. When the panel-like member 2 is pushed in a support member 23 side, the engaging pieces 14, 15, 16 are pressed by the panel-like member 2 and are elastically deformed, and their tip parts are pressed against the predetermined faces 21a, 22a, 22b of the panel-like member 2. When the panel-like member 2 is moved in the direction in which it leaves the support member 23, the tip parts of the engaging pieces 14, 15, 16 bite the predetermined faces 21a, 22a, 22b further to prevent coming off of the panel- like member 2.
