SOLUTION: In this slab 10, a lower floor 12 is constructed by laying stepped pre-cast concrete plates 1 formed by an upper plate 3 extended on the upper side of a reinforcing part 2 formed along a short side and a lower plate 4 extended on the lower side of the reinforcing part 2 between beams 11, a partition part 14 made by integrally joining the reinforcing parts 2 of the adjacent pre-cast concrete plates to each other is formed on the lower floor 12, and concrete 13 is placed on the lower floor 4.
