PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden house allowed to juxtapose a porch and a parking garage in a first floor part of the front even on a site having a narrow frontage like a house densely built-up area of a city part. SOLUTION: In the frontage direction of the wooden house, structural plywood 44a, 44b, 44c, 46a and 46b are joined by nailing to a part for forming a suspending wall and a spandrel wall by being framed by columns 10a, 10b and 10c and beams 12a, 12b, 16 and 18, and the suspending wall and the spandrel wall are formed as a bearing wall.
