PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tenon bar-shaped joining hardware capable of directly connecting a column and a foundation by absorbing core dislocation even if there is a little core dislocation in a position of an anchor bolt and a directly connecting structure of the column and the foundation by using this hardware. SOLUTION: This tenon bar-shaped joining hardware is composed of a tenon bar member 2 and a relay member 3, and the upper surface side of the relay member 3 is formed as an installing part 11 of the tenon bar member 2, and on the under surface side, an anchor bolt installing part 12 for fixing the upper end of the anchor bolt 8 fixed to the foundation 9 is formed lengthwise in the diametral direction of a circle with the axis of the tenon bar member 2 installed on an upper surface as the center.
