PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to perform work such as jointing to a lower structure required at a gap even though a building unit has a wall panel at a facing position to an adjacent structural body through a gap. SOLUTION: In a building unit 11, a wall panel 22 is installed before the installation to a lower structural body (foundation 1), and a work hole 70 is formed on part of the wall panel 22, thereby permitting the post-installation of a panel 71 (closing member) for covering and closing the work hole 70 after the installation to the lower structural body.
