The fastening (19) is formed by winding of a strip (15) of thermoplastic fibre from a supply reel (16) on to the winding-head (20) via a heater (14) and a pressure roller (11) movable vertically by a hydraulic cylinder. The preferably carbon or glass fibres are embedded in a matrix of preferably aromatic plastic, particularly polyether ether ketone or polyether imide.
