PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device capable of recognizing the working condition of a closing body and appropriately coping with a malfunction. SOLUTION: A shutter device 11, closing device, is provided with a movable closing body 21 closing a closing part 12 to be shut and a detection part 76 provided with first and second sensors 61 and 62 respectively as closing body detection means detecting this closing body 21. The first and second sensor 61 and 62 are positioned through predetermined interval along the move direction of the closing body 21. A control unit 71 recognizes the working condition of the closing body 21 based on the state detected with a detection part 76. |
