PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light scattering film economically eliminating wasteful raw material, high in flatness and having uniform light scattering properties and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The light scattering film is characterized as to a substrate, a substrate provided with a color filter layer 5 having plural colored layers having spectroscopic characteristics different from each other and adjacently formed on a supporting body is used and a light scattering layer 3 formed by dispersing transparent particles having a refractive index different from that of a transparent resin into the transparent resin is transferred onto the substrate of the color filter side via an adhesive layer 4. |
