PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit in which safer control is performed at malfunctions of a microcomputer, which is caused by high-frequency noise or the like, in an apparatus or the like wherein control is performed by using the microcomputer. SOLUTION: The control circuit comprises a microcomputer circuit 15 for controlling a controlled means in the apparatus, a logic circuit 16 for a minimum backup control of the controlled means which is independent of the microcomputer circuit 15, and a switch circuit 17 for switching control to the logic circuit 16, when the microcomputer circuit 15 is in an abnormal condition.
