PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, without any possibility that important structure and building are damaged, even in the case of a collision by horizontal displacement in the case of a great earthquake at the time when concrete on the foundation side is erected in the extension direction of a beam. SOLUTION: In the seismically isolated residence in which the structure is constructed on a sill beam 26 supported through a seismically isolated element 25, a notched section 53, by which a collision with the sill beam 26 is avoided, is formed to a foundation erecting section 38 positioned in the extension direction of the sill beam 26. The notched section 53 is covered desirably with a cover 54 such as a net.
