PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete construction capable of being easily and quickly demolished even in a town without producing noise, vibration, dust or the like. SOLUTION: A molten pipe 20 buried so as to extend between one and the other place on the outside surface of the concrete construction 10 is included. The molten pipe 20 includes an exothermic oxidation reactable metal-made pipe 21 and an exothermic oxidation reactable metal-made core 22 inserted in the pipe 21 by leaving a passage capable of ventilating a gas.
