PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form material for forming a concrete opening section, by which the form of a product is simplified, the number of parts and manufacturing processes are decreased and cost is reduced while diversion is enabled and which is extremely economical and is mounted onto concrete forms and removed from a concrete surface easily and has excellent workabilty. SOLUTION: The form material for forming the concrete opening section is composed of a hollow form material body, which consists of a plastic sheet having flexibility, is formed by installing a check valve made of a plastic film and to and from which a gas can be sealed hermetically and opened, and a cover material mounted outside the form material body.
