PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of constructing an inexpensive house having high strength without using a column by using a special panel body. SOLUTION: As the panel body 7, a recessed groove 2 is extended in the vertical direction in a position extended far back by a prescribed distance from the front of outer members 1 on an inside surface 1a of the left and right outer members 1, and the panel body 7 is adopted for extending a plate member 3 between the left and right outer members 1 in a state of respectively fitting left and right end parts of the plate member 3 in the recessed groove 2, and these panel bodies 7 are erected in a plurality in a juxtaposed state, and at least one side wall surface 9 of the house 8 is formed without using the column by connecting the outer member 1 of the panel body 7 to the outer member 1 of the adjacent panel body 7.
