PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation side ditch cover controlling the height projected from a side ditch block when it is set and, at the same time, using no water absorbing material for supplying water to soil in a vegetation section of the inside space. SOLUTION: For a resin concrete made bottomed frame body 4 having the same outward form as that of the normal side ditch cover consisting of the bottom wall and four side walls and using the inside space 7 with an opened top for the vegetation section, a holding recess section 6 is provided to one or two side walls of four side walls, and a plurality of drainage holes 5 are bored in the bottom wall.
