PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent rubber modified styrene resin composition which is excellent in a chemical resistance, molding processiblity and which has a good balance on the physical properties such as the transparency and impact resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) a rubber particle dispersion phase which comprises a styrene monomer and a diene monomer in a specific ratio and which comprises a rubber block copolymer containing a polystyrene block of 5 to 35 wt.% and (B) a continuous phase which comprises a styrene monomer, (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, acrylonitrile monomer and other optional monomers in a specific rate and which comprises a copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000 in the ratio of 15 to 50 wt.%.
