PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load stabilizing belt device, which can keep a load bound firmly with a proper tension, irrespective of an operator, and prevent a loosening of binding occurring in the movements of the load during its transportation. SOLUTION: In the load stabilizing belt device, a load stabilizing belt 11 having a rolling up device 10 is stretched over a load to be stabilized, and the rolling up device 10 rolls up an extra length of the stretched over load stabilizing belt 11 to give a tension to it, so that the load is firmly bound. While a part of the load stabilizing belt 11 is held loose at an optional position, a tension-producing elastic belt 20 is fitted on the load stabilizing belt 11, wherein the elastic belt 20 is extended upon rolling up of the load stabilizing belt 11, to which the tension is given by an elasticity of the elastic belt 20 itself.
